My first camera belonged to my father.
He worked at a family-run camera shop in New Orleans. I was thirteen when I fell in love with shooting photos on that old Minolta.
I later learned to develop film in school and as a teenager I spent countless hours developing photos and fixing cameras at the local camera shop in the mall.
Through my career as a creative and in marketing, I would spend the next 20 years shooting professional photography, but that beginning still shapes the feeling I look for in my work.

I bring more than twenty years of experience photographing weddings, events, and professional assignments throughout the country to the responsibility of seeing your wedding well.
I’m looking for the relationships and small details that make these photographs feel like your people. Before the wedding, I learn what matters to you. On the day, I make a plan, offer direction when it helps, and adapt when the timing or setting changes.
Based in Chesapeake, I photograph weddings throughout Hampton Roads and Williamsburg, and travel for destination celebrations.
